DOCKSIDE Port Vincent will set a new benchmark for waterfront living with the first homes released for sale this Saturday, October 1.
The $40 million Lillis Group development, to be built within the Port Vincent Marina, includes an Australian-first nine luxury floating homes and eight townhouses.
An apartment complex boasting 52, one to three bedroom residences over five levels, a swimming pool, gymnasium, rooftop events and function space, shops and cafes with stunning views of the marina, township and Gulf St Vincent is also planned.
“Dockside Port Vincent represents the very best of waterfront lifestyle, for living, holidays or as an investment,” project director Peter Villis said.
“This weekend the first stage of the development, six waterfront townhouses and two hillside townhouses to be built on Marina Drive, will be released.
“The two and three-storey waterfront townhouses are Torrens-titled with three and four bedrooms, two and three bathrooms, waterfront alfresco and balcony, plus exclusive access to a shared pontoon, offering the highest standard of coastal living.”
Construction will begin early 2023.
“We’ve had significant interest in the project so far and encourage interested buyers to register on our website for updates,” Mr Villis said.
The project team will be onsite at Marina Drive, Port Vincent, adjacent the boat ramp, from 10am to 3pm on Saturday and Sunday.
The Australian Volunteer Coast Guard Port Vincent will also be cooking a barbecue on both days.
