Osinbajo presides over FEC meeting

Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo presided over the weekly meeting of the Federal Executive Council(FEC) on Wednesday at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
President Muhammadu Buhari was away on a state visit to Portugal.
The Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha and the Chief of Staff to the President, Ibrahim Gambari, were at the meeting.
The ministers at the meeting were those of Works and Housing, Babatunde Fashola, Justice, Abubakar Malami, Finance, Budget and National Planning, Zainab Ahmed, Labour and Employment, Chris Ngige and Communication and Digital Economy, Isa Pantami.
Others were those of Agriculture and Rural Development, Mohammad Abubakar, Environment, Mohammed Abdullahi and Health, Osagie Ehanire.

Minister of State for Budget and National Planning, Clem Agba and Minister of State for Health, Adeleke Mamora were also at the meeting.
At the last meeting on June 22, FEC approved N50 billion for the rehabilitation of roads in Taraba and Yobe as well as construction of injection substations to boost power supply in the Gwarinpa area of the Federal Capital Territory.
