The latest PS Plus Free Games Trial has been added to the Premium Tier for subscribers to enjoy during August 2022. This was released on the same day Sony added a heap of new titles to its most expensive membership plan, without mentioning the essential free games that came at the start of the month, including Yakuza: Like A Dragon, Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1+2, and Little Nightmares. So there’s a good chance that some fans might not know about the latest hour-long free trial that can be experienced as part of the PlayStation Plus Premium Tier. New PS+ Game Trial Out Now Sony has confirmed that a Rollerdrome trial has been added to the PS Plus Premium which offers the chance to play through an hour of the game without having to purchase the full version. The new game trial is available via the PlayStation Plus Tab on PS4 and PS5 consoles, with the full version costing $29.99 from the PS Store. This follows the release of a two-hour long trial for Phoenix Point Behemoth Edition earlier this month. It should be noted that any trophies and game save data from the trial period will carry forward if you purchase the game, and all trophies earned during your time-limited game trial through the PlayStation Plus Premium plan will remain on your PSN profile, even after you complete the trial and decide not to purchase the title. More trials are expected to be added in the future as the Premium expands with more titles. Fans were hoping to see more classic games to be added but so far, Sony has not shared any plans to increase the current offering. The next Premium refresh will happen in Mid-September and include a new list of titles, with more Yakuza games expected.
